About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial transactions. The role will include but not be limited to:

• Accurately manage high volume of approved invoices 
• Match purchase orders with invoices and receiving documents ensuring three-way match accuracy
• Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
• Support other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager
