Role Overview
The AP Intern will support the Accounts Payable team in managing vendor and employee payments, maintaining payment records, and assisting with day-to-day finance operations.
What you’ll do –
- Assist in processing vendor and employee payments
- Update daily payment trackers and payment status logs
- Check invoices for basic details (amount, currency, approvals)
- Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents or clarifications
- Support bank payment uploads and payment follow-ups
