AP Processing Analyst

Salary: $85K - $95K + Super
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Melbourne CBD - hybrid opportunities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will ensure the accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions across multiple ERP systems, while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance standards.

Beyond day-to-day processing, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to streamline workflows and enhance system capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process invoices and credit notes in accordance with established policies and internal control requirements
