Responsibilities:
•Receive and scan invoices for multiple divisions, ensuring accuracy of information against finance system
• Review and post electronic invoices, ensuring proper approvals and accuracy of information
• Upload invoices from Excel file to finance system, ensuring proper approvals, accuracy of information, and making corrections as needed
• Onboard new vendors; setup vendors in finance system, provide credit apps, confirm EFT banking information, and maintain vendor files
• Manage accounts payables mailbox
• Support the other accounts payable team members with weekly pay runs

Requirements:
• Highly proficient with Excel and Outlook
• 2 years Accounts Payable experience
