Relief in Accounts, Reception and Legal Secretary
The Role
As a Relief Accounts Clerk/Receptionist/Legal Secretary, your duties will include
- Processing Bills,
- trust cheques and trust receipting
- eft payments
- back up accounts officer when she is away
- reception duties daily and every Monday
- answering phones, meet and greet of clients
- making teas and coffees
- secretarial relief for various departments
This position is either 4 or 5 days a week. You will do approximately 50% accounts work supporting the Accounts Officer, 30% Reception work and 20% legal secretarial work.
