Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support the accounts and billing function. The role offers hands-on exposure to invoicing, daily accounting entries, reconciliation, and basic compliance support. Freshers are welcome, and basic training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Billing
• Assist in creating GST invoices, quotations, and receipts.
• Maintain daily entries (sales, expenses) in Excel / Zoho Books.
• Track payments and follow up on pending dues.
• Maintain bills, vouchers, and accounting records.
• Support the CA in GST and compliance-related work.
• Assist in preparing basic reports and reconciliation.
