Accounts Clerk/Officer - Randstad

Our client is a prominent Manufacturing & Distribution business with a significant footprint across Victoria. Due to internal growth, they are looking for a versatile Accounts Officer to manage the full transactional lifecycle. This is the perfect role for an expert who wants more variety than a siloed AP or AR role, acting as the right hand to the Assistant Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the engine room of the finance department, ensuring the accuracy of both the purchase and sales ledgers:

• Accounts Payable: Full-function processing of 150+ invoices per week, including 3-way matching, coding, and managing weekly payment runs.

• Accounts Receivable: Managing the sales ledger from invoicing through to receipting. This includes engaging with key stakeholders to facilitate the timely resolution of outstanding accounts to maintain liquidity.
