• Paying $37-$45ph + super
• Mentone Vic location with WFH flexibility

About the Role

Our client is a well-known VIC local government organisation. They are currently seeking a Financial Accounts Assistant to come in and join their team in Mentone on a temp contract until 30th April 2026.

Candidates for this role must have:

• Post-secondary qualifications or training and experience in processing financial accounts, customer service and administration, or substantial experience in a related field or relevant experience

• Experience working in a community service environment would be advantageous

• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel

Key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying creditor invoices against planned expenditure in the information system (Carelink)
