About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Accounts Assistant to support the finance team of a growing electrical services business. In this role, you’ll assist with a range of accounting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment follow‑up
- Prepare and assist with reconciliations (bank, supplier, etc.)
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month‑end reporting
- Assist with payroll processing and superannuation submissions
