Reed Accountancy is proud to represent an established and reputable company in the Portadown area who are seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team, supporting their accountancy function.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Accounts payable, including matching quotation or purchase order to delivery note and invoice
- Purchase invoicing query management
- Review of overdue accounts
- Review of accounts in credit
- Monthly supplier payment run
- Visa/petty cash entry and reconciliation
- Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation
- Cost of sales transactional allocation
- Fixed asset register administration ...
