Accounting Supervisor

Accounting Supervisor - GL is responsible for managing the site GL account functions. The duties includes handling tax related matters, month end closing activities, perform month end balance sheet review and analysis, dealing internally with different local authorities requirement and handling with external and internal auditors.

• To perform after month end Balance Sheet review, analysis and clearing
• Prepare necessary month end journal entries such as expenses accrual, prepayment, payroll related postings and etc..
• Dealing with BIR and internally in relate to all tax related matters.
• Managing 1 staff and provide necessary guidance if issue arise.
• To liaise with external or internal auditors.
• To perform analysis on expenses variation to report to Finance Manager for Management Reporting purpose.
• Dealing internally in respect to any ad hoc requirement from local authorities.
