Accounting Supervisor – Tax & Audit Specialist

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of all bank disbursement (per bank and per record)
• Maker on all online payment/disbursement
• Check payroll, last payroll before check/payment preparation.
• Prepare summary of employees compensation and corresponding taxes.
• Monitor insurance schedule for car and property.
• Monitor and prepare monthly excise tax report (production removal & payment).
• Compute monthly VAT and withholding taxes.
• Prepare quarterly summary lists of sales and purchases.
• Prepare quarterly alphabetical list of payees.
• Prepare quarterly summary alphalist of withholding tax.
• Prepare and process renewal of business permit.
• Process telegraphic transfer/payment.
• In-charge in keeping the updated permits.
