About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounts payable operations
- Review and approve AP vouchers, invoices and payments
- Ensure proper 3-way matching (PO, DR, Invoice)
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely vendor payments
- Review and approve check vouchers, online payments and fund transfers
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee month-end closing related to AP accounts
- Ensure accuracy of AP Aging reports
- Implement and maintain internal control within the AP process
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Treasury and other departments
- Assist in audit requirements (internal and external)
- Train and mentor AP Staff
- Recommend process improvements and automation initiatives

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
