About the Role
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check invoices and issue payments to suppliers/vendors
- Work closely with other team members to ensure cash flow can meet business needs
- QuickBooks data entry for all transactions
- Prepare monthly reports, including but not limited to profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
- Tax Preparation
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
