About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Supervise the preparation, review, and posting of journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Review and reconcile monthly financial statements, schedules, and reports.
- Oversee payroll preparation, benefits computation, and statutory remittances (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Manage cash flow and monitor fund utilization for operational and project needs.
- Review and ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies for filings and submissions.
- Support the preparation of management reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
