Accounting Supervisor – Duties and Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Supervision



Supervise daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Management



Review and ensure accuracy of financial transactions and supporting documents



Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records in compliance with Palau regulations



2. Reporting & Compliance (Palau Requirements)



Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports for Management



Ensure compliance with Palau National Code, Bureau of Revenue and Taxation (BRT) requirements, and applicable accounting standards



Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government offices when required



3. Taxation & Government Remittances
