Accounting Specialist

The purpose of this job is to execute accurate and timely accounting for assigned entities/activities, ensuring clean ledgers, compliant journal entries, reconciled balance sheets, and reliable data feeding into consolidation and reporting. As the foundation of the close, this role ensures that results are right the first time, supporting the Reporting & Accounting Lead in delivering a fast, high-quality month-end close and audit-ready financials.

You will:

• Oversee and execute the month-end close process. Review work performed by the team in India, resolve issues promptly, and escalate to the Accounting & Reporting Manager when necessary;
• Ensure accurate recording of intercompany transactions. Perform regular checks on intercompany accounts and execute matching procedures to maintain data integrity;
