Job Description

The Accounting Specialist is handling all Accounting activities of the FEC. This include various tasks which are the basis for Corporate and statutory reporting as well as legal requirements. He/she acts for specific topics as a contact for the Controlling departments of Branded Consumer, Food Solutions, Food Ingredients and Operations (MU’s), local HR, local Tax people as well as Corporate functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Provide daily support to the Accounting Manager with tasks such as accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations, financial analysis, month end closing, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist MSU and MU with accounting activities.
• Assist in statutory Audit matters and sales tax reporting submission....
