Job Responsibilities
Responsible for a part of bookkeeping by using SAP as well as filing documents: Account Payable and Payment voucher.Account Receivable and Receive voucher.Sale voucher checking by co-ordinating with the Logistic teamAR risk report to JPHQIssue invoice to JPHQ and the related country. Tax Management Completing Input and Output VAT report, input VAT reconcile, and VAT tax filing to Revenue Department. Inventory Handling yearly product destruction observation.Handling yearly stock-taking at the warehouse with the Logistics team.
