About the Role
Job Description
- Manage overall accounting operations for the factory (AP/AR, GL, costing, inventory control)
- Monitor and manage factory cash flow, funding plans, and liquidity
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve cost efficiency
- Review and control budgeting and forecasting for factory operations
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding payments and financial arrangements
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Supervise and train accounting staff; manage team performance
- Oversee internal controls and prepare for internal/external audits
- Communicate financial status and cash flow updates to management on a regular basis
