Accounting Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the company's financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a small team while improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage financial audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
