Summary of This Role

Working under the direction of the Accounting Department Head, this position will hold a key role as the shared services operations manager. Responsibilities include leading accounting projects, process optimization, SOX compliance, and quality assurance for the global shared services accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Shared Services Operations Management : Assist the Department Head in coordinating the day‑to‑day operations and administrative needs of the shared services and ensuring delivery of high quality services and standards.
• Accounting Projects Execution and Monitoring : Work with stakeholders, business partners and accounting subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the project plan, requirements and scope.
