Accounting Manager

POSITION: ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FOR PERC)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicates the direction of the management and its goals to General Accounting.
• Sets team annual targets based on Division/Department KPIs and vision of the Business Unit Finance Head
• Oversees day-to-day operations of General Accounting.
• Evaluate the individual performance of the team members being managed
• Ensures compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government requirements
• Coordinates with Tax, Legal, and Audit Division in closing any BIR, SEC, LGU, or any regulatory body open cases
• Prepares financial reports and/or data analytics for management and/or regulatory bodies
• Conceptualizes process improvement projects for teams and serves as the project champion
• Signs off on accountability clearance of resigned/separated employees.
