Accounting Clerk

Join a focused, growing team supporting a respected national roofing and waterproofing company headquartered in Irvine, California, USA.

As an Accounting Clerk , you’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and Senior Accountant, maintaining the integrity of financial records, supporting collections, and ensuring billing is processed accurately and on time.

Fully remote role preferred for professionals in Latin America (Spanish + English speaking strongly preferred) who can reliably work 8am to 5pm pacific time Monday through Friday.

What You Will Do

• Reconcile, review, post, and distribute invoices accurately and on schedule
• Record and reconcile cash receipts
• Manage and track collections with follow-up and documentation
