About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Manage vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Process payments via EFT, cheques, and wire transfers
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with general ledger maintenance and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support month-end processes and perform ad-hoc duties
