Accounting Associate

Responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, payroll, and ensuring timely compliance with Philippine tax laws and statutory requirements. The role requires hands‑on experience in bookkeeping, tax computation, and coordination with clients and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology or any Accounting course
• At least 2–3 years relevant experience in accounting, payroll, and Philippine tax compliance
• Working knowledge of BIR rules, tax forms, and filing deadlines
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
