Accounting Associate

Office Location: Pasay

Work setup: Full onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of accounts receivable activities, including billing, collection, receipt application, and sales reporting. The role ensures compliance with company policies, internal controls, and agreed reporting timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Must be a CPA.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and basic reconciliation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP accounting systems.

• Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
• Conduct weekly Cash Holding Limit analysis.
