About the Role
Job description:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial files and records.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to finance as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
