Accounting Analyst for GrackleDocs

GrackleDocs is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join its high-performing team. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the ideal candidate will handle core accounting duties, customer invoicing, and payroll responsibilities. Success in this position requires organizational skills, comfort with customer interaction, and a deep interest in SaaS business mechanics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily bank transaction bookings and reconciliations
• Manage customer invoicing and receivables collection
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian sales tax regulations
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries
• Support payroll processes and vendor onboarding
