Accounting Analyst

We need a competent Accounting Analyst who can thrive in a business that is growing rapidly. This role will report to our Senior Accountant. Compensation is $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month depending on qualifications, experience, and what you can bring to the business.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or related fields. More experience is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment with minimal direction.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.
• Professional level of English proficiency (writing, speaking, reading, and listening).
• Able to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) 7 am - 4 pm.

Work includes but is not limited to:

• Create and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Process invoice adjustments and credit memos when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records within QBO
