The Company
Our client is a luxury retail brand, and they are urgently looking for an Assistant Accountant to assist daily accounting for retail operations
The Role
- Reconcile sales data and follow up to ensure accurate flow through the ERP system
- Conduct tender reconciliations for retail and e-commerce platforms
- Prepare month-end closing activities, including accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable aging
- Issue invoices to customers and partners
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing
- Prepare monthly gross sales statements for landlords and assist in audits
- Manage customer refunds and chargebacks, and handle inquiries related to sales and accounts receivable
