Board Meetings: Organize and prepare agendas for board meetings, ensuring timely distribution of materials. Legal Compliance: Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action. Documentation: Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. Advisory: Provide legal advice and support to the board of directors and senior management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, managing corporate governance, and providing legal advice to the board of directors and senior management.
