Responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, preparation of Forms 941, 940, and W-2, payroll reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring full compliance with regulations established by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of US payroll processing (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly cycles)
- Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Familiarity with IRS compliance and payroll reporting requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms)
- Ability to work during US business hours and meet strict deadlines
