This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing private equity fund administration service provider in our Southampton office. The role sits within the Client Services Department, reporting to the Manager/Supervisor. The main activities include fund accounting, financial reporting, net asset value calculation, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform daily cash reconciliations, ensuring transactions are settled in a timely manner
• Book daily transactions in the internal accounting system within agreed portfolio timescales
• Monitor and manage outstanding / overdue payments
• Ensure all supporting documentation is received and filed as per internal procedures
