Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable mid-level Accountant to manage our Malaysia entity’s bookkeeping and financial matters while providing accounting support to our Singapore headquarters. This role requires periodic travel to Singapore during the initial phase, with the possibility of transitioning to a fully Malaysia-based remote arrangement once operational familiarity and performance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Malaysia Entity

• Handle full-set bookkeeping, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Ensure timely statutory submissions and tax compliance (SST, corporate tax, etc.)
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial records
