Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our U.S. accounting operations remotely from India. This role will work closely with the San Jose and New York accounting teams and will be responsible for accurate transaction recording, reconciliations, and reporting within Yardi, particularly in a project-based and union payroll environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Input vendor invoices in Yardi, allocating costs accurately to the appropriate job; record general expenses as overhead where applicable.

· Record revenue entries in Yardi in alignment with project and accounting guidelines.

· Record union payroll costs project-wise, including payroll-related journal entries.

· Record corporate payroll cost entries as required.
