Account Support Intern

We're looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Intern
to join our Commercial - EV Infra team. In this role, you will support customer satisfaction and gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end client account cycle—from lead management and contract support to records handling and after-sales assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to leads from multiple channels (social media, events, referrals, etc.)
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the Commercial team
• Help draft, organize, and file agreements for closed accounts
• Track contract terms, compliance, and renewals
• Support records management, including maintaining EVCS records and government permits
• Assist in timely submission of required reports (e.g., energy consumption to DOE)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (any field) or currently pursuing one
