Account Support Intern

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Account Support Intern to join our Commercial – EV Infrastructure team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management, commercial operations, and customer support within the growing electric vehicle (EV) industry.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end customer account lifecycle—from lead management and contract administration to records management and after-sales support—while helping ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incoming leads from various channels, including social media, events, referrals, and other customer touchpoints.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and appointments for the Commercial team.
• Support the preparation, organization, filing, and tracking of customer agreements and related documents.
