A fast-growing, global food delivery platform is looking for an Account Support to join its Operations team in Amsterdam on a 12-month contract . This is a hands-on role combining compliance, investigation, and on-the-ground research, with real impact on the courier experience and platform integrity.

The Role

Reporting to the Courier Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding the platform while representing the courier perspective. The position blends administrative work with investigative reviews and immersive field research.
