  • Effectively manage assigned accounts by concentrating on growth at key customers and new business development opportunities
  • Take qualified leads and convert into new contacts, accounts and new business opportunity
  • Identifying customer needs and developing sales opportunities
  • Communicate the value associated with Electronic Material products
  • Monitor the delivery and follow up on quotes and orders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expand the Materion relationship throughout the entire customer organization
  • Submit documentation and samples to facilitate communication between Electronic Materials and customers for the successful resolution of customer complaints
