Responsibilities:
1. Developing business targets related to automotive market.
2. Identify and gain new business opportunities: new customer development, project acquisition, drive RFQs and create a win-win environment with support from other functions, such as engineering and operational teams.
3. Achievement of Sales Strategic Business Plan: - whilst upholding corporate targets, quality and compliance expectations, and project timelines.
4. Pricing negotiation (cost impact by design change & material escalator and YoY) with responsible accounts.
5. Minimize on AR, and take effective actions to resolve any such cases
Qualifications:
1. Engineering degree with a willingness to develop a career path in business.
2. Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in Automotive Account Management
