Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Account Manager with 2 to 3 years of tele sales experience to join our remote sales team. This role is focused on outbound calling, customer engagement, and closing sales for home and office fragrance diffusers and fragrance oils.
All sales calls will be made to UAE-based businesses, so confidence, clarity, and professional communication are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers via outbound phone calls
Build desire and interest in home and office fragrance diffusers and fragrance oils
Follow up on leads and actively manage the sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales journey and timely closures
Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
