Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Operational Excellence Management:

• Check exception reports, obtain information for discrepancies

• Monitor call cycle activities and revise call cycles if required

• Monitor and review Operational KPIs to ensure Organization strategic objectives are met within the region.

• Ensure operations team adheres to parameters

• Communicate information to operations team

• Analyze and respond to business information to design and implement operational improvements that remedy underperformance and respond to improvement opportunities

• Identify, develop and execute opportunities and ad hoc initiatives and drives to increase operational excellence.
