What You’ll Do
- We are seeking a proactive individual to reach out to customers who have discontinued their use of Solera Products within the winback time frame.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively engage these customers and persuade them to reinstate their services, thereby contributing to our customer retention efforts as well as proactively identify upsell opportunities and capitalize on them to maximize revenue.
- Identify and act on opportunities to sell additional Solera products, services, and add-on licenses for existing products.
