Job Description
:

• Should be able to build, source trucks and track their own load
• Develop customers by implementing SOPs (standard operating procedures)
• Grow customers by load volume and gross margin by soliciting freight
• Identify opportunities in various modes to capture more of the customer's volume
• Properly build loads with 100% data accuracy
• Make sure there is Max buy for each load (Min if Sales Rep allows the rate to be posted to external load boards)
• Quote customer opportunities
• Know market conditions in order to inform customers and make sound business decisions
• Effectively communicate with customers and answer questions in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate internally to relay customer needs and ensure they are met
