Job Description:
Should be able to build, source trucks and track their own load
Develop customers by implementing SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Grow customers by load volume and gross margin by soliciting freight
Identify opportunities in various modes to capture more of the customer's volume
Properly build loads with 100% data accuracy
Make sure there is Max buy for each load (Min if Sales Rep allows the rate to be posted to external load boards)
Quote customer opportunities
Know market conditions in order to inform customers and make sound business decisions
Effectively communicate with customers and answer questions in a timely manner
Effectively communicate internally to relay customer needs and ensure they are met
Ensure the customer SOPs are being adhered to
Work with the Track and Trace team to ensure that freight is being tracked properly and updates passed to the customer
