Account Manager (Kelowna)

Job Summary

Gillfor Distribution seeks a full-time Outside Account Manager for its Kelowna, British Columbia location. The role is responsible for driving results at the distribution center by building and maintaining business relationships with key customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including product sales and promotion, accounts receivable, shipping, delivery, and conflict resolution.
• Help create customer target plans and strategies.
• Identify decision‑makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
• Collaborate with the Division Manager to develop strategic sales approaches.
• Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events when necessary.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to existing customers via telephone and e‑mail to cross‑sell and up‑sell.
