Join our dynamic Hub Delivery team as an Account Manager supporting Amazon's fast-growing delivery network. In this role, you will manage relationships with Hub Store partners, drive performance metrics and manage day to day Hub operations in our last mile stations. You will be the critical link between Amazon and our Hub Store partners, ensuring operational excellence while managing complex workflows that directly impact customer satisfaction.
Working at the intersection of operations and program management, you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, driving quality standards, and identifying optimization opportunities across the Hub network.
