Account Manager – Commercial Lines (Transportation Focus)

Are you driven to deliver exceptional client service and thrive in a fast-paced insurance environment? My client is looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to join their team, specializing in the Transportation sector. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting their growth by ensuring clients receive top-tier service every day.

Location: Hamilton (Hybrid, 3 days in the office after training)

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day servicing of your client portfolio

Prepare Certificates of Insurance and policy documents, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

Process MVRs, driver abstracts, CVOR checks, and related documentation

Assist in preparing binders, form letters, and other client communications
