Job Description

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing Veremark client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and working cross-functionally to support company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assess client needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Identify and address any potential client risks
  • Advocate for client feedback internally
  • Strategically manage accounts and conduct regular review meetings
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
